most amazing event. 

After doing extensive research we picked BeautyWeddings© not only did it have something for everyone. 

My wedding coordinator PAM LOPEZ made the whole experience a breeze by helping me plan every detail. 

After only seeing pictures of all the details, I was a bit nervous about how it would all come together.
The nerves were not needed as everything EXCEEDED my expectations. It was perfect!

My guests, who came in from around the world all said it was the best wedding they have been to.
Every detail was amazing. Hair and make-up were done on-site and were perfect.

The photos turned out absolutely lovely.
Our judge was just wonderful.

We first met Pam Lopez, BeautyWeddings©, in December of 2012, after interviewing four other people/companies, we decided to work with her. 

We do not regret our decision one bit.  We live in Washington DC; we were having family and friends coming from Canada all the way to Brazil and found the Riviera Maya to be a great middle point for having all our loved ones with us. However, since we were organizing from far, having on-site support, that was responsive and professional was absolutely crucial. 

We worked with her for 18 months towards our wedding in May 2014, held at the Fairmont Mayakoba in Riviera Maya.  

Even though the hotel has an event coordinator, we found that this person's main focus was representing the interests of the hotel (obviously), 

not ours; having Pam on our team was a huge plus. Before picking a place, She carefully listened to our preferences and tried her best to find us the best matches, ultimately she did.   She also: -worked hard in finding us the best quality vendors for the most reasonable prices and negotiated the hotel's huge outside vendor fees- organized a phenomenal rehearsal dinner in Puerto Morelos, where invitees were able to have a taste of the local culture was in charge of the wedding day logistics, with a very careful and time-sensitive schedule. An extra person supported her that day, for a very cheap rate for us.   We did not have to worry on our big day!  

we liked her professionalism so much that we made her one of the ministers at the bilingual ceremony, which she did happily for free. 

And last but not least, her fees were very reasonable, she took on this eighteen-month project and gave her best at every stage.  

 If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, compare your options to Pam, she performs at the highest professional standards, is flexible, and understands the importance of your unique, big day.

Flawless execution!  Pam is a superstar!   

We contacted Pam from BEAUTYWEDDINGS©, just a couple of days before arriving in Mexico and she was able to arrange everything on such short notice.   

My husband and I had a same-sex civil wedding in Playa del Carmen, and Pam went out of her way to meet us where we were staying to ensure everything went according to plan. 

  Pam was also able to expedite the Apostille certificate for us.  

As a gay, international couple, we had some anxieties surrounding the logistics, but Pam made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and reassured throughout the whole process.
